Biographical Info

Neal Patel, MD, is a urologic oncologist and an assistant professor of urology at ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ. After graduating from George Washington University School of Medicine with high honors, Dr. Patel completed his internship and residency at New York-Presbyterian/ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ. He then went on to complete a Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) which focused on the surgical and medical management of complex urologic cancers.

He has a special interest in the management of kidney cancer. During his fellowship, he developed a research interest in understanding the metabolic rewiring of different kidney cancer subtypes. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles and is excited to bring his expertise to the community in Queens.
